It’s with great pleasure that we are happy to announce the latest site to go live; Fun Rentals.

Based on beautiful Waiheke Island, Fun Rentals is a car and scooter hire company serving locals and tourists alike.

Greg Minter, the owner, needed a revamp of the one page site he inherited when he bought the business and approached Purple Dog to provide some ideas.  Our solution includes a bold orange colour scheme to match his company branding, photo galleries and of course, the essential online booking engine to accept credit card payments.

The vehicles may not be new, but Greg’s customer service and knowledge of the Island is legendary.

the dining room website

We are delighted to announce the launch of The Dining Room website – and with it, another happy Purple Dog customer!

Leigh & Andy Barrett, owners of The Library Bar, contacted Sol Harris at Purple Dog after a recommendation from one of their contacts.  From the initial discussion, a plan came together for a website to promote their new business called The Dining Room – a “kitch & Kool” dining experience, located next door to the Library Bar, in downtown Auckland City’s Viaduct area.

It was a fun project and Sol even had the pleasure of dining there too (big smile!)

The food was awesome, the staff wonderful and the ambiance and atmosphere was very, very cool.  Although things have changed a little since the venue launched (it’s no longer a separate venue, but combined with The Library Bar to make it bigger) – it’s still an awesome choice for a great night out.

Working with Leigh & Andy on the project was an enjoyable experience – and we’re so glad that yet another Purple Dog customer is over the moon

The new Vivian Grace Logo

Vivian Grace is a famous, quality homeware brand in Australia and New Zealand.  A recent rebranding exercise helped the business owner to understand that a website for the business was essential.

Purple Dog was recommended to Vivian Grace by another happy client and soon enough, the plan was agreed, the work started and within a few weeks, the site was live.

www.vgrace.com.au is designed primarily for wholesale customers to be able to log in, place orders and check their accounts and the client wanted a straightforward, clean design with minimalist feel – exactly what we delivered, within budget and on time.
