We are pleased to announce the introduction of Credit Card payments to compliment existing payment methods.
You can now pay quickly, easily and securely from within your account using your Credit Card.
To Make a Credit Card payment on an existing invoice:
Click on My Account > Billing > Invoices > Click the invoice you wish to pay > and at the top of the selected invoice, choose "Credit Card (Stripe)" option from the dropdown.
To Add / Save a Credit Card for future transactions:
Click on My Account > Billing > Manage Credit Card
For your Security:
- If you save a credit card to your account, the credit card information is encrypted (not human readable) and stored remotely.
- We do not have visibility of your card information - only the last 4 digits of the card are visible by Purple Dog staff.
- Our site is protected by SSL (https) which you can see in your browser, indicated by a padlock icon.
