A 'Genuine Emergency' is classified as at least one of the following:

  • Website down or off-line
  • Email down or off-line

  • Please Note: If you create an Emergency Ticket, our staff will be paged immediately and will be in touch with you as fast as possible. A call out fee of $305 + additional hourly rate of $139hr +GST will be immediately billed to your account. The fee will ONLY be credited if we consider the matter to be a 'Genuine Emergency'.
