Using the 'Change Log' Spreadsheet

The Change Log Spreadsheet is a great way for you to communicate with us the changes that need to be made on your site. 

The 'date requested' field is for you to input the date you would like the change to be made by. We will do our best to meet your requested dates but please bare in mind this may not always be possible. 

The 'Request by' field is a space for the name of the person who has requested the change, this is always useful as we know who to contact if we have any questions about implementing the change.

The 'Task description' is to enable you to tell us what you need to be changed or the task that needs to be carried out. The more information you can provide, the faster we can carry out the change.

Please do not fill in any fields under the 'Purple Dog Use' section.
