Sometimes there is a need for you to send us sensitive information, for example login usernames or passwords.
It is not best practice to send these sensitive credentials across the internet via email, because they can be intercepted.
We have set up a secure form where you can submit this kind of information, here is how to access it:
1) Login to your client account: https://www.purpledogdesign.com/clients/login
2) In the navigation, click Support > Send Secure Information to access the form (screenshot below)
This information will not be transmitted by email and is encrypted to our server.
