How can I access my Purple Dog client account?

In order to perform certain tasks or view specific information, you will need to login to your Purple Dog Client Account.

You can do this at the following link, using the username and password that you used to register with us: 

https://www.purpledogdesign.com/clients/login

Once you have logged in, you will be able to access for example;

  • List of your products / services / domains
  • Billing / Invoice information
  • Secure and normal support tickets
  • Project Management information / progress
  • Time Block usage
  • Reports
  • All other account functions

If you have any trouble logging in, you may need to reset your password.  You can do so on the login page using the email you originally joined with.
