To access Project Management (or Timeblock) information for your organisation, you will need to login to your Purple Dog Client Account.
You can do this at the following link, using the username and password that you used to register with us:
NOTICE: Never share usernames or passwords with anyone else.
Once you have logged in, click "My Project" link and you will be able to view;
- Projects Overview
- Check on the status of your projects
You will also be able to view more information if you click on the Project Name, such as:
- Project Start / Due Dates
- Project Status
- Project Tasks & Details
- Time Tracking & Duration
- Associated Tickets & Invoices
- And more
Where we have enabled it, you may also contribute to Projects at this screen. Alternatively, simply send us a support email.
If you have any trouble logging in, you may need to reset your password. You can do so on the login page using the email you originally joined with.
