If you have forgotten your email account password you will need to reset it in your cpanel account it by following these instructions:
- Login to your domain's cpanel account, e.g.: www.example.com:2082 (additional help for logging in to cpanel is here)
- Enter your cpanel username and password
- Navigate to email > accounts
- under the email address you wish to update, click "change password"
- enter a new password.
- logout of cpanel
- done!
You may need to update your email clients (e.g. outlook, mail etc) with your new email password.
If you have forgotten your cpanel details, first please check the original sign up email we sent to you "Your Hosting Account" as these details should be contained in that email.
